We are a small business and would like to guarantee your HIKAWA case as best as we can. This means that if anything should happen to your case please email for direct and immediate assistance. Please include images of your item within the body of the email.

If damage occurrs during normal everyday wear, please contact us at and we will do our best to troubleshoot or send you a new product.


We only accept returns for store credit or product exchanges. We are a small business and hope this can change in the future as we grow.

We will happily replace and exchange any damaged or defective merchandise in a timely manner.

For exchanges, we offer direct exchanges within the first 15 days of purchase. Item(s) must be shipped back to us within 15 days of purchase.


If you purchase a "pre-order" item, we will write you personally to confirm your purchase and give you an estimate on item availability.
