Our Phone Case Warranty:

All our cases come with a 1 year limited product warranty. 

Phone cases can take a beating, but we strive to offer you a quality sturdy and strong product. This warranty covers Hikawa phone cases only.

Hikawa Phone Case Warranty Terms:

-Warranty begins day case is received case by purchaser, not shipped date. 

-Phone case discoloring within a year of use.

-Phone case ripping or tearing within a year of use

-Phone case changing shape within year of use.

-Phone case getting dirty or stained in a way that cannot be cleaned within a year of use.

-Warranty and replacement phone case available for the same iPhone size and cannot be used to upgrade to any other phone size. (For example: if you purchased a 16 Pro phone case we cannot replace your case with a 17 Pro Case, we will only replace with a 16 Pro Case)

-Some Hikawa goods are handmade in small batches and may have slight inconsistencies or irregularities. 

-Handmade phone cases are covered under this 1 year warranty.

-Silicone Ready to ship cases are covered under this 1 year warranty.

-This warranty does not include Accessories.

Your toilet seat should last you a lifetime. In fact, you should be able to hand it down to your grandchildren. Please write us if you ever have issues and we will do whatever we can to ensure your Hikawa toilet seat is a forever family heirloom.
