At checkout, you will have the option to choose your international shipping carrier and speed. If you don't see your location please write us at info@baileyhikawa.com.
We recommend choosing UPS or DHL when available as we've found these carriers more reliable than USPS.
If your package is lost of stolen, here are next steps:
- If your package is lost or stolen, please EMAIL US or fill out the ORDER INQUIRY form below with as much info as possible.
- Our team will file a claim for your lost of stolen package.
Please keep in mind: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier takes possession of the package, we cannot guarantee delivery or delivery times. We will do our best to help and ensure a claim is filed.

Phone cases: All our cases come with a 1 year limited product warranty. Phone cases can take a beating, but we strive to offer you a quality sturdy and strong product. This warranty covers Hikawa phone cases and MagSafe accessories.
The warranty covers:
-Phone case discoloring within a year of use.
-Phone case ripping or tearing within a year of use
-Phone case changing shape within year of use.
The Warranty replacement only covers the same iPhone size model, design and color way (depending on available stock).
This warranty does not include Accessories. Please fill out the order inquiry below and have your original order number and include images and damage info whenever possible.
The customer pays custom fees to the mail carrier on delivery. At the moment, we don't have a way of including customs on international orders, so please consider this extra fee when placing an international order.
We are working on offering more international shipping options for the future.
