EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving items. To start an exchange, email info@baileyhikawa.com with your order # ready.

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • We do not cover exchange shipping costs on International orders.

RETURNS

We genuinely want you to be happy with your order. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please write us at info@baileyhikawa.com

We accept returns within the first 14 days of receiving an item. The item must be unused and in original packaging.

Most of our items are handmade, which makes returns pretty difficult on our business in terms of time and materials. Therefore there is a 25% re-stocking fee on MADE-TO-ORDER RETURNS. You may exchange your case at no extra cost, other than the cost of shipping to return your un-wanted case. This 25% re-stocking fee covers a fraction of our time that goes into a made-to-order case.

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Collab and Accessories cannot be returned, but they can be exchanged

SALE ITEMS

Sale items cannot be refunded or returned. Items purchased during limited time promotion may be returned within 7 days of receipt unworn and unused in their original packaging for store credit only. 

WORN ITEMS

We do not offer returns or exchanges on goods that have been worn (for more than just the purposes of trying on.) If we feel that the item you return has been worn or used, we reserve the right to not issue an exchange or refund.

PURCHASE GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY

Should anything happen to any of your purchases within the first years of ordering, we will replace, fix, or issue a return for your item no questions asked. We stand behind our products and want you to have the best experience when shopping with our small business.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are non-returnable.

GIFT EXCHANGE

If you receive a gift or give a gift from our store, the acceptee may exchange their items within the first 14 days of receiving the item.
