Warranty FAQ

Every phone case is covered with a 1 year warranty beginning the date the phone case is received by the purchaser, not the shipment date, and is valid for one (1) year from that date.

Warranty is automatically activated, no action on part of customer is required.

The Hikawa team reserves the right to assess each claim to determine eligibility under normal use conditions.

Within one (1) year of receipt, this warranty covers:

  • Ripping or tearing under normal use
  • Significant shape distortion under normal use
  • Staining or surface soiling that cannot be reasonably cleaned

The following products are covered under this limited 1-year warranty:

  • Handmade phone cases
  • Silicone ready-to-ship phone cases
  • Hikawa Accessories

Some Hikawa goods are handmade in small batches and may include slight inconsistencies or irregularities. These variations are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Approved warranty claims will be replaced with the same iPhone size and color originally purchased.

Warranty replacements cannot be used to upgrade or exchange for a different phone model or size.

If original color is no longer available, the warranty allows customer to choose another available color for same or lesser value.
