All of our products include a broad 1 year warranty.

Notes on our Policies:

Due to the intimate and personal nature of phone cases and accessories, once an item has been used it cannot be restored to new condition. We accept exchanges and returns on unused items within 10 days of delivery, and we’re always happy to help with questions before purchase to ensure the right fit.

Our phone cases are a tactile, body-centered experience. Not every shape works for every hand—please see our return and exchange policies below.

For the most flexibility in your experience, we recommend purchasing Checkout+ for orders placed in the United States.

USA Domestic Return & Exchange Policies

Eligible for return, exchange, and store credit within 10 days of receiving the item.

  • Free exchanges
  • Free refund to store credit - Free return shipping label. Store credit never expires.
  • Refund to original payment - Free shipping label + partial refund with 15% restocking fee of original order total

Eligible for return, exchange, and store credit within 10 days of receiving the item.

  • Exchanges - $9.00 USD return shipping label + $0 restocking fee
  • Refund to store credit - $9.00 USD return shipping label + $0 restocking fee + 100% store credit of original order. Store credit never expires.
  • Refund back to original payment - $9.00 USD return shipping label + 15% USD restocking fee taken from original order total

All toilet seats are final sale. Our Toilet Seats are handmade custom one of a kind pieces.

International Order Return & Exchange Policies

Orders placed outside the United States are not eligible for Checkout+

All International orders have a 10-day return window starting from the delivery date, to begin a return or exchange.

All international customers will be responsible for returning product back to our US warehouse. 

International customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping label and sending it back to our US warehouse when requesting an exchange.

There is no restocking fee for exchanges.

Exchange for a Different Item

  1. Request for an exchange within the 10 day window upon delivery. Email info@baileyhikawa.com with order number.
  2. Customer pays the return shipping label and sends back the unused product in its original packaging to our warehouse. 
  3. Once received, we will send an invoice for the shipping cost of the exchange item being sent to the customer.
  4. Once paid, then we will arrange for the exchange item to be shipped within 1-3 business days of the exchange order being created.

All international customers will be responsible for returning product back to our USA warehouse. 

Refund to Original Payment Method -  

  1. Request a return within the 10 day return window from delivery date.
  2. Customer sends back the unused product in its original packaging.
  3. Once it arrives at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to the original payment method minus 15% restocking fee.

Refund to Store Credit

  1. Request a return for store credit within the 10 day return window from delivery date.
  2. Customer sends back the unused product in its original packaging to our warehouse.
  3. Once received at our warehouse, we issue 100% store credit of the original order. Store credit never expires. There is no restocking fee when refunding to store credit.

Gift Cards & Store Credit Policies

Gift cards are non-returnable
Gift Cards never expire. Gift Cards are transferrable to others.

Store Credit never expires. Store Credit may not be transferable depending on issuing credit. Please email info@baileyhikawa.com for more info.
