Our Return & Exchange Policies

We are a small independent company. We exist because people like you choose to shop with small artist-run businesses like us. We know you have many options and appreciate that you've chosen to shop with us.

HANDMADE PHONE CASES

  • Handmade phone cases are final sale.
  • If you would like to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing and we have not begun fabrication of your order, please email us with a cancellation request and we will issue a full refund.
  • Please make sure your iphone size is correct before placing your order. You can find an iPhone sizing chart on our website here.
  • We replace defective merchandise. Defective means that it broke in the mail on the way to you, or arrived defective in some way. We do not replace broken, old or damaged cases from normal use.

ACCESSORIES

  • All accessories are available for exchange for store credit.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

  • Our custom products are final sale

  • Part of our custom order process is sending images and updates to the customer throughout the ordering process so as to ensure the customer receives the ideal outcome.

  • We will not ship a custom order that has not been approved by the customer.

SALE / WAREHOUSE / ARCHIVAL ITEMS

  • Our discounted / warehouse and sale items are final sale.
  • Please make sure you have ordered the right iPhone size before purchasing. If you’ve ordered the wrong iPhone size, email us right away so we can resolve it before it ships! INFO@BAILEYHIKAWA.COM with your order number in the subject of the email.
  • Our Archival products are final sale. We do fixes or exchanges if the item arrives defective. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Gift Cards do not expire. 
  • If you are having issues with your Gift Card, please email us.

TOILET SEATS

  • All toilet seats are final sale.
  • If any part of the toilet seat arrives defective, we will replace and fix the issue. 

To report a defective toilet seat and  issue, please email INFO@BAILEYHIKAWA.COM with your order number in the subject line along with photos or corresponding videos. Thank you and our goal is for you to have a family heirloom that lasts as long as possible.
