Yes we do!

At checkout, you will have the option to choose your international shipping carrier and speed. If you don't see your location please write us at info@baileyhikawa.com.

We recommend choosing UPS or DHL when available as we've found this more reliable than USPS international.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier takes possession of the package, we cannot guarantee delivery or delivery times. We will do our best to support you in tracking the package down.

Reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, so please wait 24 hrs, as your package may arrive, we've seen this happen many times.

If your package is lost and taking much longer than it should:

If you are unable to solve the issue within 48 hrs of contacting the shipping company, please email info@baileyhikawa.com.

Phone cases: All our cases come with a 1 year limited product warranty. Phone cases can take a beating, but we strive to offer you a quality sturdy and strong product. This warranty covers Hikawa phone cases only.

The warranty covers:

-Phone case discoloring within a year of use.

-Phone case ripping or tearing within a year of use

-Phone case changing shape within year of use.

-Phone case getting dirty or stained in a way that cannot be cleaned within a year of use.

Warranty only covers the same iPhone size and cannot be used for any other size.

This warranty does not include Accessories. Please email info@baileyhikawa.com for more info if you are unsure if your phone case is under warranty. Please send pictures so we can make sure to see your case condition and get you a replacement right away.
