We're looking for a part-time social media creative to help us show up consistently our socials. This is a creative hands-on role with room to grow. Direct creative collaboration with founder. This is a hybrid in-person and remote position. Looking for someone who is genuinely interested in social media as a medium, communication tool and site of creative expression. Social media can be a drag, let's have some fun with it :)

• Shooting, editing and producing 1–2 short-form videos (Reels/TikToks/Youtube shorts) per week on iPhone
• Proposing video concepts to the founder
• Executing founder’s content concepts
• Researching trends, other brands, artists, UGC creators, and figuring out what's culturally relevant right now and how it maps authentically to the Hikawa world
• Thinking critically about what content works and why — not just executing, but questioning, being bold and willing to experiment.
• Excellent, kind and thorough communication with our community and users
• Researching collaborations
• Writing copy that aligns with the brand

• You have live links or examples of iPhone-edited video (viral isn't required; it’s about competence and variation)
• You're genuinely interested in social media as a craft, not just a checklist
• You’re excited by the Bailey Hikawa brand and visual aesthetic
• You think "what should we make that feels authentic?" before "how much should we post?"
• You can work independently and don't need hand-holding to stay on schedule
• Social media can be a drag, let’s have fun with it. 
• You're someone who wants to work with social media as a medium for communication with our customers
• Attention to detail and clear verbal communication is a must

• Part-time, Hybrid in-person and remote
• Hourly pay, dependent on experience

• Paid limited holidays for part-timers
